Do we travel?

We service Broken Arrow, Coweta, Jenks, Bixby & Tulsa area at cost listed. A travel fee of $50 an hour is required if outside of the area. However, we do not travel over an hour away.

Is there a delivery/pick-up fee?

No, delivery and pick-up are included with your booking.

Do we require a deposit?

A non-refundable retaining fee is required, this is not an extra charge and will be deducted from the overall charge. This fee can be transferred to another date or event if needed.
*Retainer is refundable under extreme weather conditions.*

When do you set up and pick-up?

Set up and pick-up will be determined based on the time of your event.

Do we supply balloons?

No, we do not supply balloons for the decorating. We do however work with local vendors who do, and would be happy to connect you.

What if I need to cancel?

If you should need to cancel, please give a 48 hour notice.

What about bad weather?

We will not set up in rain or wind speeds higher than 20mph. If there is a chance of rain, we will set up at our discretion. Once the inflatable is set up, payment must be paid in full and is non-refundable. If rain does occur or wind speeds exceed 20mph, please have everyone safely exit the inflatable and turn the blower off. If you choose to not set up due to weather, retainer IS refundable or you can reschedule your party to another available date.

Where can the bounce house be set up?

We will set up on grass, concrete, asphalt, or turf. We will NOT set up on rocks, dirt, mud (mud anywhere at the location of event), or gravel. Please ensure that you have a power outlet within 50ft of the bounce house. We will provide the extension cords.

Is there a cleaning fee?

There is no cleaning fee for regular wear and tear. If bounce house is returned with mud, permanent stains, or more damaging holes, there will be a fee for repair.

Will the bounce house be clean?

Yes! We wash and sanitize with natural cleaner after each use.
